I wonder if some of those are more concerns than fears like “having great responsibilities” any sane person would be concerned but that’s not necessarily a fear like a fear of heights.
Maybe there are fears, phobias & concerns.

It's tricky to know how to define fear here.
Many of these things would concern me, but make me go wobbly...there's just a couple:

heights
needles

I don't go wobbly at the thought of death or incurable disease, but like any person, I don't want them to happen to me. Having said that, I've seen terminal illness and death in people close to me, and seen the way that they dealt with it..so while I hope it won't happen to me for a long time, I don't get agitated when I think about it...although the thought of being separated from my wife, through either one of us dying, when we still have so much we want to do together does make me profoundly sad if I think about it, and again, I hope we have a long time to do all the things we want to.

So I guess that makes two :-/

Interesting that serious injury and flying aren't on the list, neither is public embarrassment/humiliation.

I don't like being in front of groups of people...but I'll do it/have done it if I have to. And having great responsibilities would make me hesitant to step into that role...other than that, I guess I really don't fear much of anything else.
