Driving home on a typical spring evening in Texas...

I was stuck in a hail storm in Plano on my way home from work. I pulled into a gas station where I swear there were at least 459 other cars packed together under the roof in the most creative ways. I was the last one to squeeze in. Next to me was the Channel 11 News Spot reporter. I was interviewed. They asked funny questions for which there are no normal answers.

Them: So, what did you think as you were driving home?

Me: I thought I better get the f*ck out of here!

Them: So, did you have any idea what was about to happen?

Me: Sure, but I just sooo love putting my car under quarter sized hail!

Them: So, what do you think about all this rain?

Me: I think it's wet....and it makes really great On the Spot News Interviews.

Anyway, when I got home I took this picture. It was like being in the eye of a storm...a quiet eye. The entire sky was swirling all around me in the most fantabulous and surreal way.

I love weather.
